Yes, we can customized the products to your requirements.
You can send an email to sales@ymi.my and report to us within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. We will then guide you through the process of returning the damaged or defective items in order for us to make a replacement.In the event that we fail to replace the goods, we will provide a refund excluded postage. Processing your replacement or refund usually takes 5-7 working days from the day we receive the return product/s.

Our standard warranty period is one (1) year against manufacturers' defects. Some items come with warranty sticker or warranty card. Some items may not have warranty card or warranty sticker, instead there is serial number or code on the item as proof of purchase. Generally, warranty will be based on your purchase record with us.
