What if the item I received is damaged or defective?

You can send an email to [email protected] and report to us within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. We will then guide you through the process of returning the damaged or defective items in order for us to make a replacement.

In the event that we fail to replace the goods, we will provide a refund excluded postage. Processing your replacement or refund usually takes 5-7 working days from the day we receive the return product/s.
